2] The appellant is permitted to take back the original Ration Card and Shop and Establishment Licence from the court records, since, it is stated that the originals are necessary for the purpose of obtaining renewal. 3] The appellant shall, however, place on record a self attested true copy of these two documents. Further, once the renewal is obtained, the appellant to produce the same on record. In addition, the appellant to file an undertaking that he shall produce these documents as and when directed by the court.

4] This civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
