This Application is made by the plaintiff no.4 for fixing early date of hearing of Civil Revision Application No. 830 of 2011 on the ground that applicant is Senior Citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of Civil Revision Application No. 830 of 2011 is expedited in the list of Senior citizen.
