This Interim Application seeks amendment in view of the transfer of the underlying Marriage Petition No.95 of 2022 pending before the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane to the Court of 1st Civil Judge, Senior Division, Belapur at Navi Mumbai. 2.

Mr.Sachin Pandey, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that due to change of Civil Court jurisdiction, the Marriage Petition No.95 of 2022 pending before the Court of 3rd Joint Civil avk 1/2

39-MCA-236-2022.doc Judge, Senior Division, Thane was transferred on 25th April 2023 to the Court of 1st Civil Judge, Senior Division, Belapur at Navi Mumbai and the Marriage Petition number changed from Marriage Petition No.95 of 2022 to Marriage Petition No.780 of 2023. In support, learned Counsel draws the attention of this Court to Exhibit A which is a copy of the status report of the official website of the lower Court showing the said transfer. Learned Counsel, therefore, submits that, the amendment, as prayed for, be allowed.

Having heard learned Counsel and having perused the Application, this Court is of the view that the amendment, as prayed for, be allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Let the amended Application be served on the Respondent and an appropriate affidavit of service in this regard with tangible proof be filed by the next date.

The Interim Application is allowed and stands disposed. 5.
