The Applicant apprehends his arrest in C.R.No.54/2020 registered at Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 409, 420, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

By order dated 17/07/2023, this Court had granted interim bail 1/2

P.H. Jayani 21 ABA3383.2022.doc to the Applicant. Pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer. Learned APP states that the Applicant has been interrogated and his presence is not required for custodial interrogation.

In the light of said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 17/07/2023, the interim bail stands confirmed. The Applicant shall report to the concerned Investigating Officer as and when called for.
