By a detailed order dated 14.12.2015, the applicant is protected by interim relief. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicant has attended the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates and has cooperated with the process of investigation. She on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required, however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Police Station as and when required.
In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 14.12.2015 is hereby confirmed. The applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station as and when called for till the filing of chargesheet.
Dond 2/2 aba.1867-2015.sxw Needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the Police station, the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section 160 of Cr. P.C. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
