This is an application for restoration.

This Court by order dated 10 November 2022 dismissed the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2586 of 2022 for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A", which reads thus:

"(A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to recall the Order dated 10.11.2022 passed in ABA No. 2586 of 2022 and restore the present ABA to its original fle of this Hon'ble High Court.".
