1] None appears for the petitioner when the matter was called out. On second call also none appears for the petitioner. Names of petitioner and the Advocate appearing for him are correctly shown on the board.

2] The petition challenges an order dated dated 17th January 2013 passed by the learned 7th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune whereby the petitioner husband was directed to pay an interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent wife pending the matrimonial proceedings.

YBG wp727-14 3] I have gone through the order dated 28th August 2012 passed by the learned trial court wherein initially an amount of Rs.15,000/- was directed to be paid as and by way of interim maintenance under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a review application on the ground that certain documents which would justify reducing amount of maintenance could not be produced at the relevant time. The learned Judge accordingly took into consideration the documents and by the impugned order reduced the amount of maintenance from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.10,000/- I do not find that there is any perversity or illegality in the findings of the trial court. Even otherwise, the order which is passed is an interim order. The dispute itself is of 2012 and which is pending on the file of the learned trial court. 4] In the circumstances aforesaid, no interference is called for. The petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. (G.S.KULKARNI, J)
