The application is filed for grant of temporary bail to the applicant for a period of three days from 15th December, 2015 to 18th December, 2015 to attend the marriage of Reena. The averment in paragraph 5 is that the said Reena is the daughter of applicant's paternal uncle. It is the case of the applicant that there is nobody in the family to make preparations for the marriage of the said Reena. Taking into consideration the relation of the applicant with the said Reena, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
