Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, the counsel for the org. complainant and the learned APP for State. This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The applicant herein is apprehending her arrest in Crime No. 186/2017 registered at Koregaon Park Police Station on 8/1/2017 for offence punishable under section 406, 420, 468, 470 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant herein has complied with the order dated 28/11/2017. The applicant has deposited 50% of amount, which she had allegedly received from the complainant i.e. she has deposited Rs. 15 Lakhs in this Court. For the reasons assigned in the said order and taking into consideration the fact that the applicant happens to be wife of the principal accused, who had opened account in the name of his wife i.e. the present applicant, the applicant was granted interim relief vide order dated 28/11/2017.
Hence, the order stands confirmed with the modification that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every alternative day from 17/1/2018 till filing of the charge-sheet or till arrest of her husband, who is absconding principal accused. The applicant shall cooperate with the investigating agency and furnish her cell phone number.

The learned APP upon instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that since registration of offence, the applicant has blocked her cell phone number. She shall give the details of her contact numbers.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
