Mr. Apte, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a suit in respect of the reliefs claimed in this petition as well as for the consequential reliefs. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

Needless to mention that the Petitioners would be entitled to claim benefit of section14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. 3.
