Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the Applicant-Insurance Company would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today.

Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court. 5.
The amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal. 6.
