Mr. Gunjkar, learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and, accordingly, the Consent Terms have been filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pune, in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.1803 of 2013 on 31st March 2017. It is submitted that the Petitioner, therefore, does not want to proceed with this Revision Application. Accordingly, the Revision Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
