There is nothing on record to substantiate the grievance of the Petitioner that police authorities are prohibiting the Petitioner from serving herbal hukkah.

In similar challenges this court has already permitted the Petitioners with similar grievance to make representation. 3.

We, accordingly, permit the Petitioner to make suitable representation to Respondent No.3 within two weeks from today. 4.

Respondent No.3 shall take suitable decision upon it within two weeks thereafter.

Keeping the Petitioner's grievance open, we dispose of the Petition.
