1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant i.e. Accused No.3 and the learned APP for the Respondent/State. 2] This Court (Coram: B.R. Gavai & Sarang V. Kotwal, J.J.) by its Order dated 6th July 2018, issued a warrant in the sum of Rs.5000/- each against the Accused Nos.1,2,3,4 and 5.

3] The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant i.e. Accused No.3 on instructions submits that, he is appearing for the applicant i.e. Accused No.3 and will take every precaution to cause his appearance as and when a Criminal Appeal No.496 of 2014 will be listed for final hearing. 1/2
