The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.3 on record and for condonation of delay in filing the application. The Learned Counsel Ms. Shreni Shetty states that ANB Legal has instructions to appear for the heirs and she has no objection if the heirs of the Respondent No.3 are allowed to be brought on record. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.3 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date and the amended cause title to be served on the other side. Liberty to apply for hearing after the Diwali Vacation of the year 2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
