This contempt petition is taken out as there is violation of order dated 9th April 2010 passed by this Court in C.R.A. No.584 of 2009.

Mr. Garge, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in Contempt Petition states that thereafter the Respondent No.2 - Shri.Navshad Ibrahim Bobade has complied with the order. Mr. Garge states that as the order is complied with, the parties have entered into minutes of settlement and the said minutes are also complied
