The Appeal is already disposed of. The Civil Application basically seeks for payment of compensation consistent with the directions issued in the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), since it is stated that the reliefs in terms of prayer clause (c) is already satisfied. The Civil Application is disposed of.
