By this application, the applicants seek quashing of the FIR registered vide MECR No.6 of 2011 with the Malvani Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Wakodikar 1/2

Learned APP has tendered a report of the Senior Police Inspector attached to Malvani Police Station dated 9th January, 2023. He states that as per the said report, the police have filed 'B' Summary Report before the appropriate Court. The said report evidencing the same is taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid application since the police have filed 'B' Summary Report in the said case.

The application is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 5.

Needless to state, that the applicants are at liberty to file a fresh application, if occasion so arises, in future. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
