WP-2433-19 with WP-4925-pc-.doc P.C :

1] At this stage, after pronouncement of the order in the above Writ Petitions and also in Criminal Application No.547 of 2019, learned Counsel for the Petitioners/Applicants makes a request to continue the interim order granted on 3/12/2019 for a period of eight weeks more. Request is being strongly opposed by the learned APP. She points out that this Court obliged the Petitioners to regularly report to Investigating Officer; one of them has not been reporting. 2] As the interim order has been operating till today and Petitioners desire to assail the order of this Court further, we are inclined to continue the same for period of four weeks more from today only in relation to such of the Petitioners/Applicants as are reporting and abiding with the conditions imposed by this Court.
