This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. The applicant had preferred an application for Anticipatory Bail i.e. ABA No. 1404/2018 before the Sessions Court. During the hearing of the said application, the prosecution had filed reply stating that the FIR is not yet registered. In view of the said reply, the application preferred by the applicant was disposed of by the Sessions Court vide order dated 30th October, 2018. The copy of the order is not available. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submits that pursuant to the disposal of the application of the applicant by the Sessions Court, the first information report has been registered against the applicant. The copy of the FIR has also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Shubham

In view of the above, the applicant is at liberty to prefer an application before the Sessions Court. In view of the registration of the FIR, the Sessions Court shall deal with the said application without being influenced by the disposal of the earlier application or disposal of this application.
