Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Mr. Saste, learned APP for the State makes a statement that after the completion of investigation, chargesheet has been filed in the Court of JMFC, Baramati on 16th January 2015 wherein the proceedings have been numbered as STC No. 133 of 2015. Statement is accepted. In the light of statement made by APP, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for discharge before the trial Court. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
