This is an application filed by the witnesses for intervention in Bail Application No.2295/2017 preferred by the accused persons. The Investigating officer has already recorded the statements of the applicants. The applicants are not the first informants in the crime and as noted earlier their statements have already been recorded by the Investigating agency which are part of the charge sheet. If the applicants are having any further grievance they are at liberty to attend the police station and record their supplementary statements in the crime under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. and to help the Investigating agency.
