Petition is filed for transfer of investigation of FIR bearing C.R. Nos. 403/14, 465/14 and 539/14 registered with Bandra Police Station and C.R.Nos.350/14 and 360/14 registered with Khar Police Station. It is pointed out to us that petitioner himself is an accused in all the C.Rs except Tilak

2/2 (22)WP-5006-14.doc C.R.No.539/14 which is registered with Bandra Police station. In this C.R, the petitioner no.2 along with her son is the accused. It is settled position that transfer of investigation cannot be ordered at the instance of the accused. We are therefore not inclined to entertain this petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
