The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the notice of this Civil Application has been served on the opposite party. He states that he will file affidavit of service within two days. 2.

By order dated 16th July, 2015 the tenant were granted interim relief subject to deposit compensation at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- p.m. Ultimately, the Writ Petition came to be dismissed by order dated 24th November, 2015. Even the S.L.P came to be dismissed on 8th January, 2016.
