This is an application seeking protection under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure for a temporary period to approach the appropriate Court. First Information Report has been registered with Udyog Vihar Police Station, Dist. Gurugram, State Haryana vide CR No. 367 of 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that dispute relates to the loan transaction. Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with the said First Information Report. Applicant No.1 is authorised signatory and applicant No.2 is a Director of the Company against whom First Information Report is registered. It is submitted that they are not signatory to the loan agreement. It is submitted that applicants

Sknair 506-aba-2297-18.odt are resident of Mumbai and they would require reasonable time to approach the appropriate Court for seeking reliefs. It is therefore prayed that applicant be granted protection for a period of six weeks with a view to prefer application before the competent Court for appropriate reliefs.

In the aforesaid circumstances, I pass the following order.

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with CR No. 367 of 2018 registered with Udyog Vihar Police Station, Dist. Gurugram, State Haryana, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;

ii.

This protection is granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking reliefs;

iii.

Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order; iv.

Application stands disposed off.
