The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the statement made on 14.12.2015, the applicant has deposited the said amount in the registry of this Court. She, on instructions, further submitted that the custodial interrogating of the applicant is not necessary. However,the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating officer as and when called for the purpose of investigation.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted in favour of the applicant by order dated 14.12.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating officer as and when called for between 10.00a.m. to 12.00 noon.
