The Petitioners have sought quashing of the FIRs which are cross FIRs in the present set of petitions on the ground that they have settled their disputes. The learned PP has placed on record the injury certificates and also sought to argue that there are antecedents. 1 / 2

After looking through the injury certificates, when it was expressed that this cannot be a case for quashing the FIRs by consent, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petitions to file fresh petitions seeking quashing of the FIRs on merits.
