This is an application for relaxation of bail condition. 3.

This application has been made for modification of the condition No.5 imposed vide order dated 10.12.2019. As per the said order the applicant was granted bail, in addition to condition No.4 there are other conditions as well. Condition No.3 has been modified vide order dated 28.04.2022.

It is to be noted that considering the serious nature of a crime and the role attributed to the accused in commission of a crime, this condition was found appropriate. In the facts and circumstances, I do not seek any reason to modify this condition. 5.

Accordingly, Interim Application is rejected. 6.
