Parties jointly state that matrimonial dispute led to filing of FIR u/s 498-A, 406, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In proceedings before Family Court, Consent Terms have been filed and final order dissolving marriage is to be passed on 12/12/2018.

As a part of compromise, the FIR is to be withdrawn and hence present proceedings are moved.

Complainant's wife is present before the Court and has handed over the affidavit on these lines along with Compromise Agreement. Compromise Agreement is already recorded by Family Court.

In this situation, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
