P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the parties hand in Consent Terms which are duly signed by the Managing Director of the petitioners and the respondent. Mr. Sanjay Khatal, the Managing Director as well as Mr. Amarsinh Mokashi, the respondent are present in the Court. The Managing Director of the petitioners states that he has been duly apprised to sign the Consent Terms on behalf of the petitioners. They both state that they signed the Consent Terms after understanding their scope and import. Accordingly, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for the purposes of identification. The respective undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.
