At the outset, we must record that this application will have to be treated as an application filed only by the State of Maharashtra (applicant No.1) and that the names of second and third applicants have been erroneously shown in the cause title. 3.

Considering the averments made in the application, by way of indulgence, we grant time to the State Government till 30th April, 2015 to comply with the order of this Court in the writ petition. The civil application is disposed of.
