Petitioner had earlier filed a criminal Public Interest Litigation No.45 of 2015. By an order dated 23rd October, 2015 Division Bench of this Court dismissed the PIL. Petitioner has filed present petition praying for certain directions to conduct investigation in respect of a complaint dated 5th November, 2015 made by petitioner. Learned counsel submits that one MLA had made several phone calls to Asif Dadhi, which conduct is required to be investigated. It is submitted that petitioner had forwarded a representation addressed to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on 5th November, 2015.

rpa 2/2 wp-4823-15.doc We perused the record placed before us. In case petitioner wants to prosecute his cause further, he may resort to alternate efficacious remedy as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
