In the order dated 31.08.2016, it was recorded that learned Counsel for the petitioners sought time and at his request, it was adjourned to C.M.I.S. date i.e. 05.01.2017. On 05.01.2017, none appeared for the petitioners as also for respondents and the matter was adjourned to 19.01.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, none appears for petitioners. It seems that petitioners are not interested in pursuing this Petition. Hence, Petition is dismissed in default.
