We were informed that the Revision Application No.780/15-C of 2017 filed by the Petitioners is heard by the Minister, Department of Co-operation and order remains to be passed. Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondents/State, in our view, the Petition can be disposed of by directing that the impugned communication/ corrigendum dated 11 September 2017 of the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik Division, Nashik shall be placed before the Minister, Department of Co-operation, before whom the Revision Application No.780/15-C of 2017 is pending. The Minister, Department of Co-operation, shall take into consideration the impugned communication/corrigendum dated 11 September 2017 before passing 1/2
