This Petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondents to produce Kum. Aarya, daughter of the Petitioners, before this Court. 2.

Pursuant to the directions issued to the Respondents to produce Kum. Aarya before us in chamber, she is produced before us by Mrs. Kalpana S. Jadhav, Sr. Police Inspector, Alankar Police Station, Pune City. We have interacted with her and ascertained her wishes that, whether she would like to continue her stay in the St. Crispin's Home, Pune or she would like to join

2/3 petitioners and stay at their home. She stated that, she wish to go to her parents house and stay with them.

We have also interacted with Petitioners i.e., parents in chamber and they assured us that, they will take proper care of their daughter Kum. Aarya.

It appears from the perusal of the relevant papers made available by the learned APP that, Kum. Aarya was sent to St. Crispin's Home, Pune pursuant to directions issued by the Child Welfare Committee, Pune. We appreciate the immediate steps taken by the Child Welfare Committee at Pune, at the relevant time to send Kum. Aarya for her care and protection in St. Crispin's Home, Pune. However, as already observed, we have ascertained the wishes of Kum. Aarya and noticed that, she is eager to join her parents and stay in their house.

In that view of the matter, we direct the In-charge Police Officer of the Alaknar Police Station, Pune City, to produce Kum. Aarya before Child Welfare Committee on 13th December 2019. We hope and expect that, Child Welfare Committee at Pune, will keep in view the aforesaid observations made herein above, and shall issue the appropriate directions to the Superintendent, St. Crispin's Home, Pune. On receiving appropriate directions / order from the Child Welfare Committee, Pune, the Superintendent, St. Crispin's Home,

3/3 Pune shall forthwith adhere to said directions and after following relevant procedure take immediate steps. Entire exercise is to be completed by the Child Welfare Committee, Pune on or before 14th December 2019. 6.

In the light of the above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 7.
