P.C. :- Both these Applications are being decided by this common order. Mr. A.P. Mundargi, learned Senior Counsel at

APPA 1674.14.sxw the outset states that in the light of the dismissal of the earlier Bail Applications filed by the Applicants, the Applicants be permitted to withdraw these Applications. The learned Senior Counsel however requests that since the Applicants have undergone nearly 7 years of imprisonment, the Appeals be set down for final hearing.

We see no impediment in acceding to the request of the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicants and accordingly, we dismiss these Applications as withdrawn with a further direction that the Appeals filed by the Applicants be added to the final hearing board from 12.1.2015 at its appropriate place on the board with liberty to the Applicants to urge for a fixed date hearing.

Applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
