The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submitted that he has not been served with the copy of the application No.580/2014 and Writ Petition No.3092/2014.The petitioner is hereby directed to serve a copy of the application and the petition to the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 within a period of two weeks from today failing which application and petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
