Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the impugned Judgment and order was passed on 30/10/2021 by learned Extra Jt. Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Special Case (POCSO) No.279 of 2016. The Applicant was in poor financial condition. His parents are illiterate and he has nobody from his family to look after his case.
