Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner has now been redressed in view of the statement made by the learned AGP that they are ready and willing to handover vacant and peaceful possession of the land to the Petitioner, out of Gat No.110 admeasuring 20 Ares situated at Kasba Sangav, Tq. Kagal, Dist. Kolhapur within four weeks from today. The statement made by the learned AGP is accepted. The learned AGP submits that she is making this statement on the basis of the letter dated 06.08.2018 written by the Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
