This Civil Application is moved for condonation of delay of 62 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wanted to find out fraud and forgery and accordingly, after collecting the papers and information, filed this Civil Revision Application. Hence, the delay is caused.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1, the contesting party, submits that the allegations of fraud and forgery are denied as they are false. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2/authority submits to the order of the Court.

As sufficient cause is shown, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil Revision Application be numbered and listed after four weeks.
