2] The main grievance of the Petitioner raised in this Petition that through the proposal for sanction to prosecute the Petitioner was refused by the Competent Authority, the Charge-sheet was filed before the Special Court. The explanation offered by Mr.Shinde, learned Public Prosecutor is that since the Review of Refusal of Sanction was under consideration, the Charge-sheet was filed.

osk 17-wp-4311-2016.odt 3] Be that as it may, Mr.Shinde, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the aforesaid Review Application is also rejected by the Government's Revenue Department on 25th January, 2017. Now, this fact is required to be brought to the knowledge of the concerned Special Court.

4] Nothing survives in this Petition. Therefore, this Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to produce the order dated 25th January, 2017, rejecting the Review Application filed by the Director, Anti Corruption Bureau, Worli, Mumbai, to Review the order refusing the sanction, before the concerned Special Court. Once this order is produced before the concerned Special Court, the Court shall take further decision in accordance with law. 5] Subject to above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
