Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking declaration for that reservation shown on their property situated on City Survey No.28/121 bearing Final Plot No.121, Town Planning Scheme No.1 at Tungarli, Lonavala, Taluka Maval, District Pune under the revised development plan of the Lonavala Municipal Corporation stands lapsed. The petitioners are also claiming the consequential relief namely direction to the respondent no.2 to grant permission to develop the said land. By way of alternative relief, the petitioner has also

Mrs. M.P. Thakur, learned AGP places on record the communication of the Swapnil Gopal Borse, Desk Officer, Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai dated 14th August, 2018. The communication shows that the Special Land Acquisition Officer No.14, Pune has communicated to the Government that the process of acquisition of the subject land would be completed within a period of six months. A copy of the communication is given to Mr. Gaurav Joshi, learned senior counsel for the petitioners.

We, accordingly, take the letter dated 14th August, 2018 on record and accept the statement made therein. In view thereof, Mr. Gaurav Joshi, learned senior counsel, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 5.
