Heard. This Application is made by the original Plaintiff for an order of injunction restraining the Respondent Defendant from developing or from changing the nature of or from selling or alienating or from creating any third party right, title and/or interest in respect of the property admeasuring 54 Ares bearing Sy. No.63 in village Wakad, within the limits of Pimpri Chinchwal Municipal Corporation, Tq. Haveli, District Pune.

The learned counsel for the Respondents has filed affidavits of Mr. Shrikant Mahadeo Kaduskar, Sandeep Shrikant Kaduskar, Sachin Shrikant Kaduskar and Sameer Shrikant Kaduskar all dated 29.03.2018. The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
