The adinterim order is operating since 22nd December 2016. 2] Ms Neeta Sonaki, learned counsel for respondent Nos.9 to 12 states that the ad-interim order granted on 22nd December 2016 can continue until disposal of the civil revision application. None of the other respondents, though served, appeared today. 3] In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case any of the respondents propose to create any third party rights in respect of the suit property, they shall first seek leave of this Court. 4] Civil Application No.758 of 2016 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
