By this First Appeal, the Appellant/Original Claimant is challenging the Judgment and award dated 30th January, 2016 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj, Dist. Kolhapur in Land Reference No. 45 of 2009 for additional compensation.

Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and the impugned Judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out case for following order:
