Perused the contents of the F.I.R., other investigation papers and also the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge rejecting the prayer for grant of bail.

It is apparent that the Applicant by misrepresentation has received substantial amount which is supported by the documentary evidence.

2 914.2308.18 aba.doc Apart from above, there appears to be an aspect of impersonation also which warrants detailed investigation. In that view of the matter, in my opinion, no case for bail is made out. Hence, rejected.
