The petitioner - under-trial prisoner has on 22.11.2016 made a grievance of negligence in extending medical treatment.

Learned APP for the State has produced nominal roll which shows that the prisoner has been convicted on 21.2.2018 and has been put in Yerwada Central Prison to suffer that imprisonment. The nominal roll is taken on record as Exh. A.

If the ailment of the petitioner still subsists, the respondent shall provide proper medical treatment. With this direction, we dispose of the petition.

The order be communicated to the petitioner prisoner who is in jail.
