That being so, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the P.A. No. 1259 of 2019 pending before the Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune at Vadgaon to the Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division Sangli.
