Prisoner and his younger brother are accused in Crime No.169/2016 under section 376 read with 34 of IPC and under POCSO Act, and in that respect Sessions Case No.229/2016 is pending. Prayer is to expedite that matter.

Learned APP upon instructions states that the matter is coming up before 9th Special Court at Dindoshi on 10/2/2020. 3.

In this situation, we direct that the Court to attempt to finish trial within next 6 months.
