The applicants have taken out these applications for restoration of the writ petitions which were dismissed for want of removal of office objections. Considering the averments so made in Para Nos. 3 to 8 and as sufficient case is made out

2 /2 and to give one more opportunity to the applicants in the interest of justice, we are inclined to grant these applications as the case is made out to condone the delay. Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (d). 2) 4-weeks time is granted to remove the office objections.

3) The aforesaid applications are accordingly disposed off. No costs.
